Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Pace & Kind does not sell personal information for money. Like most ad-supported sites, however, affiliate and analytics links can involve sharing limited information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which the statute treats as a “sale” or “share.”

To opt out, email hello@paceandkind.com with the subject line Do Not Sell. Include the browser or device you’d like the request applied to if you can; otherwise we’ll honor it as broadly as we’re able. We process opt-out requests promptly and do not require you to create an account to make one.
